With The Permission of our Humble President I'd like you to announce the official opening of the "Magic Palace" this Thursday.
As you understood, the Amicam Palace will be exceptionally closed.
Please be kind to send me an email which will confirm your presence. I do need to know the amount of people, for logistical reasons.
I'll reply with the adress, and if you'll be kind, I'll even throw you a route description.
Game will start at 20.30 SHARP, be there or be square.

I am getting confused here... Are there 2 Palaces???
I am afraid you re going to have to find a new nickname for your venue. Has the President approved this?? Has it passed in front of the PGBHC (Poker group branch hotel committee)??
