The Ceasar's Palace in London is INVITING YOU!

Dear president,

I have the impression that my multiple requests to acquire a PPG-licence for my London-based Caesar's Palace casino have been dismissed on several occasions by yourself. I am starting to feel that you DONT TAKE ME VERY SERIOUSLY?! Or maybe this is just the result of political games happening inside the PPG between the conciergerie, the syndicat and yourself - and that you may have lost some power recently? Or maybe you are afraid that the London Caesar palace will one day overtake the PPG...? I don't know what it is, but to prove my good intentions, I would like to make a proposal to you:
On the weekend of the 16-18 february, I will be on a business tour in Belgium to raise money for my casino. I would like to invite all PPG members to come and join me in my secondary residence in the Ardennes during that weekend (http://www.lebuisson.net/). The idea is that we mix business and pleasure. I will make you a concrete business proposal as to why you should expand your franchise overseas with me (trust me, I will keep the shmies to a minimum and the tachles to a maximum). But we will also have time to relax and enjoy the nice facilities and surroundings.
Needless to say, we shall play a few high quality partoches until the early hours of the morning as well.
So, dear president, the parole is now to you: FOLD, CALL or... RAISE ???
If you are man enough to call, I would have to know ASAP how many members will be attending.
I wish you all the best

Dear Manni,
I am very pleased with your initiative. I would like however to clarify the following:
a) I assume the cost of this entire week-end will be born solely by the Ceasar Palace? One must be aware that all this shmies is very nice and fun, but for your branch to ever be part of the PPG Alliance, you ll have to do more than just your trash-talk

b) Let me remind you that our president, blessed is he, has a very busy schedule. A lot is happening behind the facade of the PPG. We, as his trusted branch keepers, act on his behalf to deal with basic application requests like yours and I must therefore repeat that unless we see tangible financial efforts from your branch, we will not proceed with the referral of your application to our very dear president. So to sum up, when you threat to 'take over' the PPG, I can only say you re off to the wrong start...

Sincerely yours

Le syrien

Dear Mister Riviera,

My secretary told me today that someone by the name of Manny Riviera is putting some kind of unfriendly pressure on the PPG‘s external communication Blogger towards The President. I must admit I don’t like very much this kind of situation, but as a true democrat here is my answer to you: “the policy of the PPG is to never negotiate with terrorists”.

Don’t get my wrong Mr. Riviera, we don’t claim you’re a terrorist but in those scary days the PPG has to be highly careful with whom it makes business. I will not hide you that our internal PPG Intel has reported some unkosher connections in the past between your uncle Luke and some dubious Albanians businessmen, who used to work in their early years as doorkeepers at the Dancing Club La Rocca.

We are living in a world where image is of uppermost importance. Candidate Branch Managers needs therefore to be clean from all possible presumptions. We receive tons of requests like yours every day. Each of them has to be studied in depth by our administration, which, you will understand of course, takes a lot of time. As a result only the files that have been previously approved by all Branch Managers are presented to me for final approval. As Venetian Manager Le Syrien (who by the way I would like to thank for his kind and unconditional support, I truly didn’t expect less) correctly wrote in his comment, your application has for the moment not yet gained this first approval. However there are ways to speed up somehow this whole application procedure. For more info please contact our head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Mister Bruel.

This aside; I want to personally reassure you that the PPG is not blind for some good steps you have undertaken till now. PPG Scout James briefed us about the successful opening night of the Caesar’s Palace a few weeks ago. It seemed that the rules were nicely respected, which is already a fundamental step towards the acquirement of a PPG licence. Some basic investment has been made, which is also a good point. Your tenacity and the fact that Mr. James is strongly supporting your request might certainly play in your advantage.

Your proposal for a business & pleasure weekend at your secondary residence is a strongly appreciated initiative; unfortunately I can’t call due to business priorities. However this could be a good opportunity for you to finally show to the rest of us the level of your game. Hopefully you will not disappoint us then.

And don’t forget Mister Riviera: “What you don’t see, you don’t get…”

Untill the "father founder" and "the keeper of te rules" sees some cash, which of course will be ditributed equally by the management, nothing will happen!

The rule is:
1- First cash !
2- wait
3- wait more
4- no guarantees
5- NO SCHMIES, No Questions
